If you want to look younger, be healthier!

if you don’t look after your internal health, you won’t be able to look good outside for a very long time.
No matter how much surgery you get or how many new beauty creams you apply, if you are unhealthy inside it will show on the outside.
I would like to share with you a morning routine that is inspired from the TAO.
The Tao in Chinese is “the way of nature and the universe’ applied to humans.
The Taoists recognize that in order to optimize the body, mind, and spirit, the internal energies of yin and yang need to be in perfect balance.
A long time ago they experimented on the energy property of the directions in space and discovered the 8 exercises that allow you to re-energize your body if you face the right direction.
Like a magnet placed in the right position the electrical current in your body will flow in the optimal way to regenerate your organs and recharge your batteries.
Healthy organs equals healthy looking skin and healthy vibrant body!
Before you start this exercise, get a compass and make sure you are facing North.The geographic North is not necessarily the magnetic North!

As you do the exercises you need to draw an imaginary circle on the ground going from North West all the way to west.
Facing North West
- Stand, feet shoulders width apart, point your toes slightly inwards
- Imagine lifting a bar with weights (or do it with real weights like I do), keeping your legs straight, breathe in with arms folded at the level of the hips, breathe out lower arms to the ground without bending your knees then back to the hips where you breathe in again with arms folded and breathe out lift your arms above your head and continue.
- Do as long as you want, you are unique and only you know when to move on, at least before getting your arms tired!
This position is Good for physical strength and for your lungs and your intestine.
Facing North
- Spread your legs. (if you want to lose weight you can also slightly bent your knees) and magine you are using a bow and arrow, throw to the right ,then left, twisting your head, torso and arms but not your legs.
- I added a little visualisation while I am throwing my arrow: I pretend that I am catching the things of my dreams…on one side I am catching the perfect relationships, on the other side a trip to Hawaii etc… anything I want to manifest in my life,… try it, it is fun!!
This position is Good for your lungs , kidneys, big intestine, bladder, skin and bones.
Facing North-East
- Stand, bend down to touch your toes with the tips of your fingers, with your legs straight, imagine you are a mountain
- I add a little massage on the top of my toes for hormonal balance
This position is Good for your pancreas , muscles,and digestion
Facing East
The best is to do this in the Morning facing the sun
- Stand, with your feet shoulders width apart, point your toes slightly inwards
- You can close eyes if you want
- Have your arms along your body, turn your upper body and head to the right and then to the left.
This position is good for your nerves, liver, eyes, and helps you lose weight.
Facing South-East
- Stand, with your feet shoulders width apart, pointing your toes slightly inwards, lift your heels , standing up on your toes, as you breathe in, and lower your heels back down as you breathe out, do this about 7 times
- I personally think of one dream I want to achieve with each breath saying to myself 1- I manifest good health for instance.., and I continue 2- I manifest…. whatever it is..,
This position is Good for your nerves, liver and heart.
Facing South
- From a Standing position, move your hips right and left like if playing the hula-hoop – move your hands and arms the way you like, you can take this opportunity to stretch your arms. Also imagine that you have an horizontal plane going through your body at the level of your hips and draw an imaginary circle on that plane
- be playful with hips and arms
This position is Good for your sexual organs
Facing South West
- Stand, bend knees, slightly up on your toes if you can, bend arms, and tighten your fists as in a combat position. In that still position, imagine the light coming from far above your head entering your crown chakra, the top of your head. Imagine that your heart is a powerful magnet so you can attract that light to your heart as you breathe in and let it shine out through your heart as you breathe out,
- On the next breath in, imagine the warm light coming from the centre of the earth, warm and loving; a light that is supporting and healing, coming through your legs and attracted by the magnet of your heart. Feel the light coming to your heart as you breathe in and let it shine out through your heart as you breathe out,
- You are now the connection between heaven and earth. Focus on breathing in those lights and breathing out love and light through your heart. As you do that think of what you would like to achieve in your life and know that you are supported by the Universe and that you are now paving the path in front of you eliminating all obstacles as you are spreading love all around you, imagine the light and love coming out of your heart spreading 360 degrees all around you in all directions.
- Focus on the breathing and see yourself fulfilling your dreams.
This position is Good for your digestion, lungs, and nerves.
Facing West
- Standing, feet shoulders width apart, toes pointing slightly inwards.
- Lift one arm and your head at the same time as you breathe in, let it down slowly as you breathe out, and change side. Try not to move your abdomen.
This position is Good for lower back pain, shoulder pain, kidneys, and spine pain
Do this every day in association with a healthy and nourishing diet and you will maintain your internal organs in good health and slow down the ageing process!
